b) CREATING AN ACCOUNT

Creating an account will allow you to shop on the BLACKARAT e-Boutique. Once registered, you will not have to enter in your personal information again, which guarantees a swift ordering experience.

You will enjoy special advance access to the newest BLACKARAT creations.

Add your favourite BLACKARAT creations to your Selection, and share them with your family and friends.

As a reward for your loyalty, enjoy special discounts throughout the year.

c) ORDERS

YOUR FIRST PURCHASE:

Once you have made your selection, click on the “Add to Basket” button to place the product in your shopping basket. When you are ready to complete your order, click on the “Purchase” button, then you will be guided through the order process. You can remove products from your shopping basket by clicking on the ‘X’ button. To complete your order, you will need to create an account or, if you already have one, sign in to your account. You can also choose to “PURCHASE WITHOUT SIGNING IN”. When you have finished checking your order, click on the “Confirm and finalise order” on the web page to complete your order.

At the end of the purchasing process, you will have the option of creating an account with us using your email address. You will also be asked to create a password. This password should be kept secret, and should not be shared with or revealed to others. We maintain a secure password file so that you can be reminded if you forget your password in the future. Then, you will be asked to enter in your address. Please note that you will be able to use a different address for shipping purposes.

After BLACKARAT has finished with its security checks, you will be sent a written Order Confirmation via email. We will not ship any Product(s) until we have received payment in full. Each time a client uses a debit or credit card to place their order, the card information is checked rigorously to guarantee maximum security and avoid potential fraud. Your bank may require certain security checks in order to approve your purchase. If all information is correct and verified, your order will be processed and shipped immediately (if products are in stock) or placed (if products are not in stock). We will process the order and ship to you as soon as possible.

Orders can be placed through www.blackarat.com at any time, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Orders will be confirmed by our sales team within a period of 24 hours.

 

d) PRICING, CURRENCIES, AND PAYMENT METHODS

PRICING

Prices are subject to change at any time, however changes will not affect Orders that have already been confirmed through a Shipping Confirmation email.

The pricing for products indicated on our Web Page shown on the receipt include all taxes, fees, and tariffs that may be applicable to the Product(s). Our jewels are shipped free of charge for all clients, products, and territories. You can rest assured: Blackarat ensures that the product arrives at your home without the need to complete paperwork or pay tariffs of any kind.

CURRENCIES

We accept payment in Euro and US Dollars. Rates are shown in both currencies depending on the location from which you place the order. If you have any issue completing the transaction in one of these two currencies, please contact us at info@blackarat.com and we will resolve any problem that may arise.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Pay easily via bank transfer. Once the order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details so that you can transfer the invoice total. When we receive payment, we will process shipment. In order for us to process your order quickly, it is important that you indicate the order number in the transfer description. This will help us ship your order as soon as possible.

We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).

PAYPAL PAYMENTS:

You can also pay with PayPal. It just takes a few clicks. If you decide to use PayPal, we can process your order quickly and ship as soon as possible, as payment will be received into our account immediately.

  1. INSURANCE:

All pieces are ensured against any incident until it reaches you and the piece is collected by you or a third-party you authorise for this purpose. BLACKARAT’s insurance covers all types of incidents, and is offered at no cost to you.

  1. SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

On the day in which your order leaves BLACKARAT’s facilities, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with its tracking number. Your package should arrive within a maximum of 7 business days later if shipped internationally, or within 72 hours if shipped nationally. Please keep in mind that your order will not be processed until payment is received.

The majority of the products shown on our website will be shipped immediately, keeping in mind that most items are kept in stock. If the product selected is not in stock, our sales team will contact you via email to provide an estimated delivery date. This estimation will be between a minimum period of 7 days and a maximum period of 15 days for pieces that are not in stock and must be manufactured. This period should be added to the shipping time described in the previous paragraph. Of course, if we can ship the piece sooner than this period, it will be sent as soon as it is manufactured. You will receive an email as soon as your piece is sent.

Tracking your order: to properly track your order, please write us at info@blackarat.com, including your full name, order number, and your question about your order’s status. Our customer service team will promptly inform you as to the status of your order.

1.1. AFTERSALES SERVICE

a) BLACKARAT GUARANTEE

Blackarat’s international guarantee covers all manufacturing defects free of charge for new articles that are presented within a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from their date of purchase. Your Blackarat jewellery creation is covered against any manufacturing defect identified in normal use conditions, once our experts have confirmed the existence of said defect(s). The limited guarantee does not cover damage caused by wear and normal use, accidents, or improper use.

b) RETURNS: CONSUMER RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdrawal from this contract within a period of 15 days without providing justification of any kind. The withdrawal period will expire following the 15-day period counting from the day in which you, or a third-party you authorise for this purpose that is not the transporter, take physical possession of the products.

You will be required to return all original packaging along with the piece. You may be responsible for the cost of replacing the packaging material if it is not included in the return.

In order to exercise your right to withdrawal, you may contact us at info@blackarat.com (where you will be required to provide your full name, pick-up address, order number, and invoice number). You won’t have to worry about a thing, as our transporters will manage the return and pick-up from the location you indicate. In order to meet the return period requirement, just send your notice to invoke your right to withdrawal before the 15-day period described in the previous period expires.

If you withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse all payments that we have received from you, with the exception of payments for taxes and fees that were incurred due to exportation or other customs formalities (for example, customs fees and tariffs, third-country consumer taxes, etc.) without undue delay, and in no case in a period greater than 15 days counting from the day in which we are informed of your decision to withdrawal from this contract.

You will not be responsible for return shipping expenses, which will be the responsibility of BLACKARAT, unless return shipping diverges from conventional methods (the same method as was used to deliver the piece), under express request.

We will complete the refund using the same payment method that you have used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly accepted another method. In no case will you be charged any fees resulting from the return. We ask that you provide a copy of the initial transfer’s SWIFT message, if payment was made through bank transfer, so that we can complete the refund deposit into the same account.

We may hold the refund until the returned products are received.

You must deliver or send us the products that you wish to return without undue delay and, in all cases, this must be within a period of 15 days counting from the date in which you notify us of withdrawing from this contract. You will be considered to be in compliance with this period if you send the products to be returned before the 15-day period has expired. For all products, we will take responsibility for the cost of returning said products under the condition that you follow the return process that is detailed below. If to the contrary, you will be held responsible for the return cost.

The Client shall be responsible for any reduction in value to the product if deterioration is due to use that does not fit with ordinary quality inspections and functional product checks. “Quality inspections and functional checks” are understood to mean the product being verified in the same way that would normally occur with a commercial retailer. Therefore, if the product is damaged, Blackarat will discount the cost corresponding of repair or replacement from the refund.
